At Code Security Alarms, we take pride in delivering professional low-voltage installations, monitoring services, and maintenance with the highest level of care and reliability. Because our services require labor, equipment, and ongoing monitoring commitments, refunds are generally not offered.
1. Installation Services

Installation fees are non-refundable once the work has been completed.

Deposits made prior to installation are non-refundable unless the project is canceled by Code Security Alarms.

If a customer cancels prior to installation after equipment has been purchased, the customer may be responsible for the cost of equipment already ordered.
2. Monitoring Services

Monitoring fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

Customers may cancel monitoring services by providing 30 days’ written notice, after which billing will stop.

No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service.
3. Maintenance & Service Calls

Maintenance and service call fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

In the event of a service error caused by Code Security Alarms, we will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.
4. Equipment Purchases

Equipment purchased and installed by Code Security Alarms is final sale once delivered and installed.

Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products; in such cases, replacement or repair is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payments made in error.

Services paid for but not rendered due to cancellation by Code Security Alarms.
